Big performance improvement in Wideshot and Panorama modes
Changed Wideshot mode to allow taking 2 photos
Added continuous focus setting for devices that support it
Fixed problem where device is unmuted after closing app
Added preferences to: control display brightness, control resetting of exposure setting, fix saved photo orientation, take picture by touching the screen, stop app from opening by default using the camera button and mute focus sound independent of shutter sound
